Who We Are

Meghan Elder
Founder & CEO
Meghan Elder is the owner and director of Magnolia Premier Association Management Services, bringing 15 years of experience in association and convention management. Her expertise lies in strategic planning, operations, membership development, and event coordination. Meghan began her career in 2009, planning association meetings and events for hotels and conference centers, where she developed a strong foundation in event logistics and client relations.
In 2014, she advanced into association leadership as Executive Director of the Mississippi Multifamily Council and Event Planner for the Home Builders Association of Mississippi, specializing in housing and legislative advocacy. Since then, she has remained deeply involved in the success of her primary clients, including working on statewide legislation for the Mississippi Apartment Association (MAA) and advocating nationally through the National Apartment Association (NAA).
Meghan has been a member of the Mississippi Society of Association Executives (MSAE) since 2013, currently serves on its board, and is the 2025 President of the Association Executives Council with NAA.
Cadie Collins
Event Coordinator
Cadie Collins joined Magnolia Premier Association Management Services with a strong background in property management and a passion for event planning. Prior to her current role, she worked onsite in property management and held key volunteer leadership positions with the Mississippi Apartment Association (MAA), including serving as Chair of the Education and Events Committee and as a board member.
Her hands-on experience in planning and executing successful events for MAA brings valuable insight and creativity to our team. Cadie’s industry knowledge, organizational skills, and commitment to excellence make her a vital asset in delivering exceptional events and support to our clients.
